About our place

Welcome to Rocky Mountain hospitality in our newly renovated historical log house in the town of Jasper. This two bedroom suite, located in the lower level, has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, living room and built-in laundry. Ammenities include: free WI/FI, HD Cable TV, DVR, Blueray and Netflix. Available year round, ideal for two couples or a family of four. We book as a two bedroom suite during high season. We are situated in Old Town Jasper, only five minutes from the train station, shopping and restaurant sector. Some of our local trail heads are also just up the street. Friendly and knowledgeable hosts. German, Swiss and French spoken.

Whistlers Suite:of the accommodation

The Whistlers Suite is truly a home away from home, ideal for short or long term stays. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, stove, micro wave and seating for four persons. Coffee, tea, pop and various basic condiments are provided. The kitchen windows offer views of Whistlers Mountain and the historical Jasper Lutheran church. The living room features: high definition cable TV, PVR, DVD, Netflix, wireless high speed wireless internet and stereo.

The bathroom is generous in size and has a deep comfortable soaker bathtub/shower.

This suite also has a self-contained washer and dryer for guests' laundry needs and convenience. Soap and iron/ironing board provided.

The separate bedroom has a queen size log bed, HD cable TV, PVR and a mountain view.

Bear's Den of the accommodation

The spacious Bear's Den bedroom as its own private entrance and private full size bathroom. It offers a queen size log bed and includes a small fridge, HD cable TV, PVR, DVD, movies, high speed wireless internet and complimentary coffee, tea and pop.

Your Hosts

Lydia and Gerry Edwards, have lived in Jasper for over 30 years and are very familiar and experienced with the many outdoor activities Jasper National Park has to offer. Lydia is originally from Switzerland and speaks German, French and English. Gerry is a retired locomotive engineer from CN and VIA Rail.












DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS

Arriving from the South or West: Stay on Connaught Drive, heading eastward past the train station on your right, passed the Parks Information Centre on our left, and at the end of the block turn left on to Pyramid Lake Road. After corssing two intersections, we are the log house after the Lutheran red brick church on the right hand side, 302 Pyramid Lake Road.

Arriving from the East: Stay on Connaught Drive, heading west, one block past Robinson's Foods, turn right on to Pyramid Lake Road. After crossing two intersections, we are the log house after the Lutherand red brick church on the rigt hand side, 302 Pyramid Lake Road.
